Korea's Independance day was today. They declared independence from Japan's occupation after World War II in 1945.
So I went out with Jiwon for a while and, among other things, hung out downtown, where I got a shot in front of one of the downtown buildings decorated for the holiday.
And watched the little kids cool off at the fountain at the park. As you can imagine, it's been quite hot lately.
It was a nice, resftul day.
